22 October 2015 at 19h in the Oris House of Architecture hosted the lecture prof. Daniel Winterbottom, an American landscape architect, on the subject of student workshop “Design & Build”.

International Conference of Landscape Architects which is held every year
alternately in Zagreb, Ljubljana and Belgrade, with the presence of many foreign lecturers in the field of landscape architecture.
The theme of the expert meeting was ‘The relationship of education and practice in landscape architecture’. As representative of the Croatian Society of Landscape Architects, lectures was held by Ms. Andrea Knez, Deputy Prime HDKA, with the theme “Education and licensing landscape architects in Croatia”, which is briefly presented education in the Republic of Croatia and gave an overview of existing and future legislation, and Zrinka Brajan on “Frames and the possibilities of education in landscape architecture in Croatia”, which referred to the opportunities for additional training, seminars, conferences and collaboration of HDKA with other organizations with which organize further activities in the field of training of landscape architects’.
